Indoor Pool
The indoor pool is kept at 86°F. The water is treated with chlorine. It is a Class B pool under provincial regulations and as such there is no lifeguard. The pool dimensions are 18' x 36' and there is a slight slope from 1.02 meters to 1.32 meters in depth.
Hot tub
The hot tub is kept at 103°F. The water is treated with bromine. The hot tub is maintained to provincial regulations. The hot tub seats 8 people and has a timer for air jets.
Sauna
The sauna is a dry sauna, consistent with Canadian regulations. Dry saunas use infrared energy which allows the sauna to create heat and generate sweat while working at cooler temperatures than traditional saunas. Our sauna reaches temperatures of 110ºF - 190ºF. The lower heat used in dry saunas is especially beneficial to older users and those with high blood pressure and/or heat problems. Dry heat saunas provide soothing heat with no moisture and the lower temperature means a safer sauna experience.
Multi-Purpose Room
The multi-purpose room has a room capacity of 240 people. It features a dance floor, servery and furniture items for various uses.
Boardroom
The boardroom can seat 12 at a meeting. There is a projector and laptop with internet connection. A flip chart and whiteboard are also provided.
Craft Room
The craft room is equipped with a sink and small counter. There are 10 square tables and chairs. The room also includes an extra dart board and can be converted for a small multi-purpose room.
Library
The library is filled with books of different genres and organized by author's last name. Book donations are welcomed and will be sorted by volunteers. Volunteers will also put away books from the book-return bin. Take a book and bring it back when you are finished.
Billiards and Darts
The Billiards and Darts room is well equipped. There are two 8' x 4' billiard tables with cues and balls for both snooker and regular pool. There are three dart boards and spare darts to be used.

Exercise Room
The Exercise Room is for residents only. All of the machines and equipment is commercial quality. There is an elliptical, recumbent bike, two treadmills incline-capable, and a universal weight machine. There are also free weights, a bench, mats, exercise balls and a scale. There is cable TV or ambient music to listen to while using the exercise room.
Patio & Gazebo
The Patio and Gazebo are surrounded by beautiful gardens. There are patio tables and chairs available for use.

Bocce
There are two Bocce courts with coarse sand. The courts include score boards, benches and a master clock. Full sets of bocce balls are available in the outdoor storage along with rakes and rollers to maintain the court.

Tennis & Pickleball
There is one Tennis Court and two Pickleball courts.

Shuffleboard
There are two Shuffleboard courts with score boards and benches. Shuffleboard discs and cues are available in the outdoor storage.

Storm Water Reservoir
The Pond and Wetlands serve as a storm water retention pond to the community. They also serve as home to several different species of wildlife and plants. There are level gravel walking trails with benches scattered about. There are also several bird houses encouraging swallows and blue birds throughout.
